Halloween - the Mummy & Darth Vader

Thanks ladies for all your sweet comments! They are lovely to hear as I head back into the off season for reenacting. I really need the motivation to get sewing!


These are the Halloween pictures from before we headed out to our church's Harvest party. I made the mummy costume which Noah picked since we had been studying Ancient Egypt. He hates things wrapped around his neck and head and refused to allow me to do bandages there, so we settled on a "skeleton mummy" costume with a mask instead. Nate would only be Darth Vader, for which I could find no patterns, so we went with the store-bought kind instead. I think they had a good time and now we have way too much candy! At least I'm set for my chocolate fix for the month!
